ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

Position Overview

The Account Supervisor role focuses on the planning and execution of marketing activities for their brand(s).  Your guidance and attention to detail are key elements to delivering the highest quality work product to our clients on time, on strategy, and on budget.

 

In this role, you will be expected to oversee all daily account management activities for your brands. You assume a leading role in the review and evaluation of the quality of the Agency’s deliverables. You ensure that all communication and marketing strategies are on target at each critical stage of their development, presentation, and implementation.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent PulseCX to client(s) on a day-to-day basis
  • Understand the client’s perspective and challenges, and communicate these to the entire Agency team
  • Ensure that all Agency work is strategically sound, error-free, and exhibits the highest standards of creative and digital excellence
  • Proactively maintain and grow understanding of the client, the products, and the competitive marketplace to provide the highest quality deliverables for your accounts
  • Manage expectations of both the Agency staff and client to ensure a positive, productive atmosphere
  • Continually work toward a final product/deliverable that is profitable for the Agency, effective for the client, and aligned with project brief
  • Aggressively assess all client work to ensure that tactics are aligned with the strategy
  • Ensure that Agency process is followed
  • Manage complex digital programs across multiple channels with numerous interactive partners
  • Support tactical planning process and provide support to strategic planning
  • Seek opportunities to grow business within current accounts and into new accounts connected with that client
  • Lead weekly/monthly financial reconciliation in conjunction with internal and external client finance teams
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere demonstrating respect for peers, supervisors, and SME’s (subject matter experts)
  • Keep senior management briefed on all account activities
  • Drive the culture of PulseCX
  • Willing to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas

Qualifications

We’re looking for a talented Account Supervisor with impressive work experience, which typically includes:

  • Ability to successfully adapt to various client cultures and personalities
  • Strong organizational, people management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communications and solid presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with ability to build rapport with clients/prospects/staff team
  • Strong team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table and help foster
    a culture of collaboration
  • Understanding of the creative and digital process and its role in an agency setting
  • Resilient and flexible to ever-changing timelines, requests and deliverables, with the aability and willingness to think outside the normal/traditional 'playbook'
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Travel required as needed
